We can also transfer the booking to another date within 12 months less any reasonable expenses we incurred before the cancellation.

We can also transfer your booking to a date within 12 months less any reasonable expenses we incurred before the cancellation.

Examples of a frustrated contract situation may include a Government declared lockdown or border closure or natural disaster.

A contract is not frustrated if the situation means it is only inconvenient, difficult or expensive to carry out.

Our risk management procedure on Extreme or Catastrophic Fire days is to locate hirers and participants to the town and coastline of Bermagui. There are several halls and pavilions as well as sheltered outdoor spaces near to the beach in town where families can continue their day activities until conditions are considered safer to return to The Crossing.
